About This Treatment
TCA Cross (Chemical Reconstruction of Skin Scars) applies high-concentration TCA (70–100%) precisely inside each ice pick scar using a fine applicator. The focal chemical injury at the scar base triggers intense healing — fibroblast activation and collagen deposition progressively filling the narrow scar channel from the base upward. Specifically designed for ice pick scars (<2 mm diameter) which are too narrow for lasers or microneedling to penetrate adequately.
