About This Treatment
HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) delivers focused ultrasound energy to precise depths in the skin — specifically targeting the SMAS (superficial musculo-aponeurotic system) at 4.5 mm depth and the deep dermis at 3 mm. The thermal injury triggers immediate collagen contraction and sustained new collagen formation — producing progressive lifting and tightening over 1–3 months.

Patients aged 30–65 with mild-to-moderate skin laxity, sagging jowls, loose neck, or brow drooping. Not for very severe sagging (better addressed surgically) or patients with very little skin laxity who don't yet need lifting.
Age 30–35: once per year. Age 35–50: twice per year. Age 50–65: every 3–4 months for ongoing collagen maintenance and cumulative results.
Most patients feel warmth and tingling. Bony areas (jawline, brow) are more sensitive. A numbing cream can be applied to sensitive zones. The level of discomfort is well-tolerated by most patients.
